If User or the Employer/HR provides us with a telephone number or an email address, you expressly agree that we, or our authorized agents, can use that information to contact the User about User’s access request or your account, or about the MWM and its associated activities. If a user submits any personal information, related to any other person or entity it warrants that it has necessary consent or authority to do so. We may keep any information that User provides to us indefinitely.

Financial Transactions

If the user pays for any fees using our website, you will be engaging in a financial transaction through …………………. . In any such transaction the user will be asked to provide their bank/card details. We do not retain your account and routing numbers. We may transfer it to a third party for payment processing. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of the relationship between the User and MWM, and shall continue indefinitely even if the relationship between the User and MWM has been terminated.

Governing Law

By choosing to visit our Websites or provide information to us, Users agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands. Users also agree to abide by any limitation on damages contained in our Terms of Use, or other agreement that we have with the Users.
