The MWM Annual Financial Return Compliance Portal makes
provision for the efficient, effective and securedigital submission of a
BVI registered company s Annual Financial Return in compliance with
Section (98A) ofthe BVI Business Companies (as Amended) Act of
2022.
The Portal also makes provision for MWMPFK to assist clients in meeting the requirements to file annual financial return through the digital upload of financial records to be used in the preparing and
filing of the company’s annual financial return.
